Membership of BDDA is open to all the community. For our disabled members of all ages this brings the opportunity to join in with our social programme of activities and events. All our members also have the opportunity to visit the Willow Tree Cafe at the centre and take advantage of the great value drinks, meals and snacks the staff serve up.

To become a member, simply fill in the online application below or print a copy of the form using the quick link opposite, fill in the details and return it to the centre.

All applications for membership are submitted to the BDDA Executive for consideration, and we endeavor to process applications and issue membership cards as quickly as possible.

We look forward to meeting all new members and extend a warm and friendly welcome to everyone who joins us.
